General Conditions
Application
With your application you accept the general conditions of the Instituto Andalusí de
Español. We accept applications by mail, phone, fax or email.
Confirmation
After receiving the application, we will send you a confirmation and invoice
containing the amount needed to be paid. A deposit of 90 € for the course
fee and 90 € for the accommodation fee needs to be received to ensure
your place. (For private apartments there is a deposit of 50 % of the accommodation
amount.) The rest of the amount can be paid before the beginning of the course,
or directly on the first school day at the office.
Cancellation
For cancellations we have the following charges:
Prior to 6 weeks before the course, we will charge you 90 €
Prior to 3 weeks before the course, we will keep the deposit ( 90 € for
the course and 90 € for the accommodation)
On or after the first day of the course, the fees become non refundable
Age
The minimum age of students allowed is 16 years, for the young student course
13 years.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify programs, if service providers or other non-foreseeable
circumstances or events force us to do so.
Changes of courses
After the beginning of the course there is no change possible.
Nonappearance and delay
With late arrival or nonappearance, there is no possibility to retrieve the
missed instruction or return the money.
Suspending
We reserve the right to suspend students with bad behavour or constant absence
from instruction, as well as extract them from the accommodation.
